Our professional development is authentically engaging and allows for teachers to develop their practice in a collaborative setting that combines web-based professional development options with workshop-style face-to-face sessions. We leverage online/web-based solutions to give participants upfront information, ongoing access to training, and the opportunity to collaborate across the district. Face-to-face sessions then become more meaningful and impactful as participants dive deeper into topics and work to strengthen skills and develop their practice.
